7 Tips to successfully Implement a QMS


Implement a QMS that is practical for your business.
Develop effective document management which, in-line with your activities.
Use a level of detail that is appropriate for your activity.
Stay aware of changes to continually improve the system.
Involve staff and communicate their roles and responsibilities.
Stay focus on customer satisfaction.
Setup a system that suits your organization.

Define your Route
Make sure you can stay in communication
Plan your rest periods and location
Think about timing of your journey and how busy roads will be
Identify black spot/route hazardous spots
Consider the route option
Check the road and weather condition
Identify high risk location such as school
Keep hydrated
Time your journey and allow extra time to account unexpected delay.

Genchi Genbutsu
A problem solving concept. One of five principle of “TOYOTA WAY” production system.
Means – “Go, See and confirm”
Facts gathering method. Data ≠ Fact. Thus see the problem clearly
How to do Genchi Genbutsu?
1. Identify your genchi (actual place).
2. Identify the source of your genbutsu (actual thing, the product or information).
3. Be there

ATM Safety Tips
Observe your surrounding before using an ATM. If the machine obstructed from view
or poorly lit, visit another ATM.
Shield the screen and keyboard, so anyone waiting to use the ATM cannot see you
enter your PIN or transaction amount
Put your cash, card , receipt away immediately. Count later and always keep your
receipt.
If you seen anyone or anything suspicious, immediately cancel your transaction. If
anyone follows you after making transaction, go to a crowded area and if necessary
call the police.
Do not leave your car unlocked or engine running when you det out to use an ATM
While many ATMs are available 24 hours, always plan your withdraws ahead. Avoid to
use an ATM from 10.00 PM – 7.00 AM.
Keep your daily withdraw limit at minimum possible.

Keep object in the “power zone” – close to body area. Use a partial grip
