PROPOSAL SECURITY AGENCY

ARGO SECURITY AND INVESTIGATION AGENCY, a nationwide duly licensed and bonded Private Security
Agency organized and existing under and virtue of the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with
business address at Cabangcalan Mandaue City represented by its Operation Manager Vivencio J.Arcilla,
of the legal age married and a resident of Cebu City hereinafter called the agency.

WHEREAS, the AGENCY representing that it is capable of rendering the security services throughout
the Philippines and duly licensed as such under Republic Act No.5487 as amended otherwise known as
the Private Security Agency Law’’.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and mutual covenants and
stipulation hereinafter contained in the Client and Agency has agreed as they hereby to the following
terms and conditions.

1. SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
1.1 The Agency shall provide the client with qualified, competent and well equipped security
guards who shall execute effort to prevent injury to Client officials and employees,
protect and safeguard losses or damages to Client. Where such loss or damages has
occurred during the watch hours of work duty of the security guards, the agency shall
assume responsibility provided:
a. That such loss or damages is reported to the agency by client initially by phone call within
twenty-four (24) hours from the discovery confirmed in writing within forty-eight (48)
hours after its discovery ,otherwise the client will be considered to have waived its right
to proceed against agency by reason to such loss or damage or violation.
b. That such loss or damage or violation is directly attributed to the negligence ,lack of
skill/or ignorance or refusal of the guards to execute and adhere strictly of written
instructions or orders issued by the client related directly to the security ,other property
or properties ,official or employees concerned.
2. Contract Rates and term of payments.
a. The Agency shall the charge the client at twenty thousand pesos (php20, 000.) per month
for the 2 guards on the basis of twelve (12) hours duty daily including Saturdays and
Sundays and legal holidays.
b. The agency shall bill the clients every 15th and 30th of the month.
c. Where there are losses to be paid by the agency to the client such amount shall be paid
separately by the agency after thorough investigation and was found out to be
attributable to the negligence of the guard.
