Holidays
Keane observes 10 paid holidays in a year. These are scheduled by each Keane
office according to local customs and business obligations.
Leaves
Employees are entitled to 17 days of privilege leave (PL), 8 days of casual leave
(CL) and 15 days of sick leave (SL) during a calendar year.
Keane ensures positive work life balance by requiring employees to go on vacation
at least once a year. Employees must take at least 5 PLs if they have worked at
least 6 months during the calendar year. Employees may also cash out unused PL
each year once the accrued PL crosses the accrual limit. Employees are eligible to
take compensatory leave if they have worked beyond their normal working days.

Keane offers loans and advances against employees’ salary to help in times of
medical exigency and other emergencies:

Domiciliary Medical benefits
Keane reimburses employee’s and their dependents’ medical expenses incurred for
minor and routine medical needs.
Group Hospitalization Insurance Scheme
Keane provides cashless hospitalization for employees and their eligible
dependents through a third-party group hospitalization insurance scheme.
Group Life insurance Scheme
Keane extends life insurance coverage to all its employees through the selected
service provider by purchasing suitable policies.
Personal Accident Insurance Scheme
Keane covers all employees under this scheme. The premium is paid by Keane.
