 Co-ordinations for implementation of new switch node and up gradations for existing Switch
Nodes and AT for the same.
 Taken up the complaints for E.g. SMS failing, Update Location problem and solving it by

Ensuring Availability of Nodes

 24*7 monitoring of All nodes to ensure 99.99% availability & avoiding any outage,
 Monitoring with respect to smooth functioning of the nodes within capacity limits, monitoring
of alarms/faults and its rectification, transfer of Performance Management, CDR files etc to the
relevant servers.
 Timely escalation and immediate resolution of the CRITICAL alarms in co-ordination with
Superiors/Vendors/Tech Team.

MIS Report, Network performance and quality
 Preparing MIS reports on daily basis
 Verification and Reconciliation of MIS report with respect to abnormality in Network
Performance Indicator values on daily basis. Follow-up with OSS team in case of unavailability
of Statistics and Performance Management data from BO.
