Developed and optimized a Corn Yield Prediction Model which uses Corn Yield Data of USA for the years 1980-2018.
• Standardized the data with MinMaxScaler, Robustscaler, StandardScaler & Normalizer which reduced MAE from 9.12 to 8.38.
• GridSearchCV & RandomSearchCV were applied for the Hypertuning of parameters in the Random Forest part of the model.
• Improved the MAE of RNN Model from 8.38 to 5.22 applying the hyperparameter optimization framework, Optuna.
• Compiled Linear Regression, Random forest and RNN model which further reduced the MAE from 5.22 to 3.14.

Dynamic Pricing of Omni-Channel Inventories | ISE Department, IIT Kharagpur May'19- Present
• Formulated an expression for price optimization in the presence of cross channel interaction in demand and supply.
• Proposed pricing policy based on idea of partition of store inventories that approximate the way shared resources is utilized.
• Solved problem with one online fulfillment center and multiple brick and mortar stores for multiple substitutable products.
• Solved above computationally tractable mixed-integer linear programming problem through IBM CPLEX Optimization Studio.
• Applied and tested metaheuristic techniques to generate solution in less computational time.
