Power Industry is a national priority for a developing country like India. And so is the necessity of OTS to
develop skilled and trained resources to support it. ASKO oil and gas is present to fulfill this need. A cost

Indian Territory

Operator Training Simulator (OTS) have a long and proven history in the process industries. It prepares
operators and process engineers for running complex petrochemical processes safely and cost-
effectively. It trains the operators in basic unit operations and troubleshooting. For skilled operators it’s to
refresh their ability to handle abnormal and emergency situations.

Custom built OTS

The previous generation of OTS’s was custom-built. Requires 12-18 months, a significant up-front
financial and engineering commitment and a tedious long-term procedure. New processes will still require
custom-built OTS's.

What’s the optimal and cost effective solution for a well understood process technology?
OTS's based on standard dynamic process models is the answer. It has extra features and advantages of
their custom-built cousins. The Simtronics standard simulators,

b. It runs in the Windows environment, either on a standalone PC or over a network
