INTRAMURAL MASS DANCE COMPETITION 2019

NORBERTA GUILLAR MEMORIAL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL

Mechanics:

1. Each Group will perform a dance number with a time limit of 5 minutes. Beyond this limit, a total of 5
points will be deducted from the group’s total score.
2. Each group will have a minimum of fifty (50) members.
3. The members of the groups must be composed of males and females.
4. Teachers assigned to the teams may or may not join the dance group.
5. The dance number must have an accompaniment of any music, which is modern and lively and should
not exceed 5 minutes including preparations.
6. The use of pyrotechnic gadgets, a smoke or combustible material as props is not allowed.

The criteria for judging are the following:

1. Choreography (Creativity, Artistry, Style & Originality) - 50%

2. Execution (Timing & Coordination, Projection & Expression) - 30%
3. Costume - 10%
4. Audience Impact - 10%

Total - 100%

8. The decision of the members of the board of judges is final and irrevocable.
