Vermeer Announces VE Commercial Vehicles Limited
(VECV) as new channel partner for Specialty
Excavation business in India

Vermeer Corporation, a leading manufacturer of industrial and agricultural
equipment, has appointed VE Commercial Vehicles Limited (VECV) as a
new channel partner in India. VECV will provide equipment services
including parts, service and sales support for Vermeer Specialty
Excavation products through its extensive network of 200+ locations
across India.
“The mining industry is witnessing growth since 2014 and has been
contributing significantly to India’s GDP. To augment our support to our
customers and channel partners in India, we have recently established a
subsidiary, Vermeer Equipment India Pvt Ltd (VEIPL), based out of
Chennai,” said T Ramesh, country head of India for Vermeer Equipment
India.
