TRIAL/VIP

o A) TRIAL stands for TRIAL class


o B) VIP stands for VIP class
 2. CLASS PREP.

o A) For TRIAL classes, you need to follow the 《Trial Class Guideline》!. Please download it and read thru
it.
o B) After you have entered the class details, you need to read thru the Students' requests and learning
intention! before each class.
o C) Read the Teaching Guide! if you are not familiar with the set of teaching material.
o D) Always have a clear plan of how the material can be arranged during the class. Always be more
prepared than the students.!
o E) New Clock-in System Please note about the time you need to clock-in to the system: 30-10 minutes before
the start of the first class.
 3. TUTORING TOOLS

o A) If you have trouble installing or using E-Classroom/QQ/Skype, please use the CS Assistance before the
class.
o B) QQ/Skype: You need to find and add the student’s QQ number/Skype ID before class. If you are not
able to find or add it, please use the CS Assistance in time.
 4. CLASS REMARKS

o Only finished class with class remark is regarded as valid class time, which will be calculated in the salary.

During the lesson:


 DO - speak slowly and clearly.
 DO - call the CS staff with skype immediately and share your screen if there're connection/software/website
problems.
 DO - use a cable with your laptop instead of using a shared wireless connection (WIFI).

 DON'T - be late or leave early.
 DON'T - ask students to introduce themselves or talk about themselves during the warm-up.
 DON'T - make the student read the textbook aloud for the most of the class time.

After the lesson:


 DO - write the comments for the student.
 DO - write the class description for the Acadsoc staff.
