INVITATION TO TENDERERS.

1. The Employer invites sealed tenders from eligible firms or persons licensed by the PEC
in the appropriate category and duly qualified with the Employer for the works.

2. A complete set of documents may be purchased by interested eligible tenderers on


submission of a written application to the above office and upon payment of a non
refundable fee of Rupees 5,000/-. Tenderers may acquire the Tender Documents from the
office of the Employer at U.E office of the Takatu campus.

3. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security in the amount of Rs. 2% of the bid
cost, and must be delivered to UE-office Takatu campus (indicate address and Location),
at or before ------------hours, on 21-3/2012. Tenders will be opened at 3.00 Pm on 22-
3/2012, in the presence of tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend.
