Aim of project

Highly Individualized, Need Based

Structured Early Intervention Programme
For the CHILDREN AT RISK
Exhibiting Developmental/ Behavioral Abnormality

EARLY INTERVENTION? What does it mean?

We “CELEBRATE LIFE” Birth of the child is an exhilarating

event for the parents and the family. Growth and Development of the child
are defined by NATURE (Genes from both parents) and NURTURE
(Nutrition, Family, Society, Infection and Trauma).

“Plasticity of brain” is a well documented adaptation and growth

of brain following an insult or injury. In a Normal Healthy New born,
phenomenal growth perceivable and measurable occurs from Birth to Five
Years of Age. During these formative years, Intervention can be most
fruitful in all spheres of growth be it Physical, Cognitive, Intellectual,
Social, Emotional, Visual, Auditory, and other Sensory regions.

Aim of Early Intervention is to upscale the GLOBAL

DEVELOPMENT leading to seamless Integration of the child in the
Society. An appropriate, multidisciplinary structured programme would
produce measurable increments in global development propelling the child
towards INDEPENDENCE.
