When ignition is turned OFF doors will automatically unlock. This feature cannot be disabled.

valet mode is active. While in valet mode lights flash 2x when doors unlock & once when doors lock.
Exiting valet mode: while IGN.ON press & hold valet switch for 5 seconds, LED turns off to indicate system
has exited valet mode.

SHOCK SENSOR
When the vehicle receives a light shock while armed, siren will chirp 5x & lights flash 2x as a warning, if
vehicle receives a heavy or continuous shock siren will sound & parking lights for 30 seconds.

CODE LEARNING(program up to 3 remotes)

Turn on ignition, press reset/valet button 5x, siren chirps 3x indicating it has entered code-learning mode,
within 10 seconds press any button on ALL remotes, you should hear a chirp for each one. Turn off ignition,
you should hear two LONG chirps indicating it has stopped code-learning mode.

LED STATUS INDICATIONS

a.) ARMED: LED flashes steady approximately 1x per second.
b.) DISARMED: LED flashes fast to indicate 30 second auto-arm mode, turn IGN.ON or open door to stop.
c.) VALET MODE: LED is continuously ON, does not flash.

TROUBLE SHOOTING
ALARM SYSTEM WON’T STOP, non-responsive to all remote buttons.
POSSIBLE CAUSE, anti-carjacking mode active, turn IGN.ON & press reset button once, system should return
to default mode. Replace jumper J2 if has been removed & problem persists.

DISARM BUTTON NOT ALWAYS WORKING, when pressing disarm siren only chirps 1x & doesn’t unlock.
POSSIBLE CAUSE, pressing disarm immediately after arming, alarm only arms after 3 seconds of pushing
button 1 even though the doors lock immediately, you must wait 3 secs or more to disarm after arming.

SHOCK SENSOR TO SENSITIVE. If shock sensor is triggering even when it is turned nearly all the way to
minimum, try hanging it under the dash or move to a less sensitive mounting position.

ENGINE IMMOBILISER NOT WORKING, engine starts when alarm is armed.

POSSIBLE CAUSE, +12v yellow wire to relay terminal 86 is not continuous supply when ignition is at START
position. Connect yellow wire to a +12v continuous supply when ignition is at start.

Connecting the remote boot release
When connecting the boot release wire a relay is required as the
signal has a low current which can cause the boot release solenoid
to operate ineffectively. The diagram to the right shows how to
wire both 4 pin & 5 pin relays.

4 pin & 5 pin relays.

a.) Connect relay pins 86 & 87 to a +12v CONSTANT power source
b.) Connect alarms GRAY(-) boot release wire to relay pin 85.
c.) Connect boot release(+) terminal to relay pin 30.

How it works:
Relay 86 & 87 pins have a +12v supply all the time, when the relay
terminal 85 receives the (-) neg. signal from the alarm module it
momentarily connects terminals 87 & 30 which powers the boot
release solenoid to release the boot latch.
