Theme: “Concordians into the SPECTRUM” 5:30 – 9:30 PM

VOICE OVER ( 5 minutes before the time)

Good afternoon Concordians! We will begin with the program in 5 minutes.

Kindly switch your mobile phones to silent mode to avoid technical interruptions.

(after 5 minutes)

Please stand for the Opening Prayer to be led by the COM-VMY, which will
be followed by the Philippine National Anthem.

Once again good afternoon Concordians! Please welcome our hosts for this
event, MS. GIA MIKHAELA F. ERESE from Student Central Board Vice President
for External & MR. ALVIN CO from BSBA III Year Evening Program!

GIA: Good afternoon ALVIN! It’s nice to be with you in this

Acquaintance Night.

ALVIN: Good afternoon to you too GIA! I’m honored as well to be the
emcee for this evening.

GIA: Okay! May we now have a roll call for each Year Level?
Let’s start off with…

ALVIN: The 1st Year College!

GIA: Next the 2nd Year College!

ALVIN: Next the 3rd Year College!

GIA: Let us not forget the 4th Year College!

ALVIN: Wow! Our fellow students are obviously full of energy this
afternoon!

GIA: Yes I agree with you partner!

ALVIN: Well, now that everyone is definitely awake and alert, we can move
on with the program.

GIA: To officially welcome us all to this momentous event, let us all

welcome the Coordinator of Circle of Leaders and Program
Chairperson
of BSBA Program …. Ms. Georgia Katrina B. Guerrero!

ALVIN: Let’s give her a warm round of applause!

GIA: Thank you! Ms. Guerrero for that very encouraging welcome
remarks.

ALVIN: Now, let’s move on to the Oath-taking ceremony. As leaders, we

believe that the Incoming student leaders would need everybody’s
Support and prayers so that with God’s grace, they will be guided with
wisdom that a leader definitely needs.

GIA: At this juncture, let us call on the Coordinator of Student Affairs

who will Introduce the Incoming Student Leaders. Let us all welcome
Mr. Darell A. Lanuza! And follow by the Induction to our Student
Leaders to be lead by our beloved President and Chairperson of
Concordia College Sr. Elenita E. Soriano, DC

ALVIN: Thank you very much Mr. Lanuza, and Sr. Leny.

GIA: Congratulations to the Newly-inducted Student Leaders.

ALVIN: Moving on, let’s now witness the talents of our fellow Concordians!

GIA: To entertain us may call on Ms. Lorgene V. Cionelo from BSSW 1

Year Program to inspire us with a song number, followed by dance
numbers from Marillac Grantees Students and the BSBA 2 Year
Evening Program .
ALVIN: Let’s all welcome Ms. Lorgene V. Cionelo!!!

GIA: Thank you very much our fellow Concordians for those fantastic
numbers.

ALVIN: Wow basta Concordians magagaling talaga! 

GIA: Yeah right partner! Ngayon subukan pa natin gaano kagagaling ang
mga taga Concordia. Are you ready for some fun games
Concordians!!!!

ALVIN: (to the audience) Are you ready Concordians!

Ok may we call on our Game Masters Student Central Board Officers!

GIA: I’m getting hungry partner.

ALVIN: So am I partner. And I think our fellow Concordians are starving as

well after those games….. Gutom na ba kayo?!!!!!

GIA: It’s already 7:10 pm so I think it is about time to enjoy our luscious
meal from Jollibee, Bida ang saya!.

ALVIN: Meanwhile, we will be serenaded by selected HED students with their

song numbers.

GIA: We will be back after 50 minutes.

ALVIN & GIA: BON A PETIT!

ALVIN: I think now that everyone’s hunger has been satisfied, it’s time to
move on with the program.

GIA: This is part of the tradition of our school every time we have an
Acquaintance Night.

ALVIN: I think I know what you’re referring to partner. Is it the search for
“Mr. & Ms. Vincentian Congeniality/Friendship of the Night 2019”?
GIA: You’re right partner. Now, may I introduce the judges. Our first
judge is a part time faculty member of the college department ……
Mr. Aries E. Bilolo!

ALVIN: The second judge is also a part-time faculty member of the college
department ….. Ms. Glorie A. Tagumpay

GIA: Our third judge is the Director for Christian Vincentian Formation….
Ms. Ma. Victoria C. Diolola

ALVIN: The criteria for judging for “Mr. & Ms. Vincentian
Congeniality/Friendship of the Night 2019” are the following:

PERSONALITY/ BEAUTY - 35 pts.

- wholesome & appealing looks
- grace under pressure

POISE - 25 pts.
- self-confidence & projection

COMPLIANCE TO THE THEME (Spectrum) - 20 pts.

- attire according to the color coding

AUDIENCE IMPACT (20 pts.)

TOTAL .......................... 100 points

GIA: To formally announce who will be our “Mr. & Ms. Vincentian
Congeniality/Friendship of the Night 2019” let us call on again the
Coordinator of Student Affairs…. Mr. Darell A. Lanuza together
with
the Coordinator of Student Formation and Program Chairperson of
BSN
Program…. Mrs. Susan B. Bathan

ALVIN: Congratulations to all the winners of the “Mr. & Ms. Vincentian
Congeniality/Friendship of the Night 2019”
GIA: And thank you to our very supportive judges.

ALVIN: Now, to give us the Words of Gratitude may we please call on our
President of Student Central Board is no other than Mr. Romnick R.
Panugan. Let’s give him a warm round of applause.

GIA: Thank you Mr. Panugan.

ALVIN: Before we move on to the last part of our program, let’s have the
Closing Prayer first. May we call Mr. Arvin R. Leonardo
from the Society of St.Vincent de Paul Club. PLEASE STAND.
