III. Methodology

Design of the Study

This study focused on a survey research design because it's the best to serve the answer and
questions and the purposes of the study. The researcher conducted some definite purposes
through interviews, gathered literature about toilet, sink which primarily aimed to evaluate the
preference of the buyer in buying toilet accessories to determine the needed of the consumer.
The survey research is one in which a group of people or items is studied by collecting and
analyzing data from only a few people or items considered to be representative of the entire
group it defines the survey assessing public opinion or individual characteristics by the use of
questionnaire and sampling methods.

Population and Sampling

The study primarily involve the household employee whose response to answer the
questionnaire that were applicable to the evaluation of the product In this study, the accessible
population comprised all the household and employee For some studies, the population may be
small enough to warrant the inclusion of all of them in the study. But a study may entail a large
population which cannot all be studied. That portion of the population that is studied is called a
sample of the population The elements making up this sample are those that are actually used
the product buy the product and sell the product The sample of the population of this study
stood at 50 respondents in Caloocan, 50 respondents in Malabon, 50 respondents in Navotas
and 50 respondents in Valenzuela gave a total of 200 respondents in CAMANAVA Area

Respondents of the Study

The target populations of the respondents are composed of household employee and who are
using the product and selling the product

Distribution of the Respondents

Research Instruments

The study used a set of questionnaire to be distributed to the respondent. The questionnaire will
be consisting of a question that is related to the study. The functionality of the study will be
determined through the questionnaires.The researcher designed an interview schedule as one
of the data collection instrument for this study. The interview questions were aimed at eliciting

relevant information concerning the factors that a consumer buy a product the content of the
instrument was based on the findings of the interview conducted
