Village Upper Calarian, Zamboanga City at herein referred as to the VENDEE
WITNESSETH THAT
WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the absolute and registered owner of a parcel of land located
at ______________________, containing an area of two hundred square meters 200 SQM,
covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. _____________________________
WHEREAS THE VENDEE has offered to buy and the VENDOR has agreed to sell the
above- described real property of the VENDEE
NOW THEREFORE for , and in consideration of the sum of sixty thousand pesos (Php.
60,000.00) , Philippine Currency , receipt of which in full is hereby acknowledge from the
VENDEE , the VENDOR hereby SELLS , TRANSFERES AND CONVEYS in a manner absolute
and irrevocable , in favour of the VENDEE , their heirs , successors , assign the above described
real property free from all liens and encumbrances.
Capital Gains tax and documentary stamps taxes on the sale shall be for the account of the
VENDOR. Transfer tax and registration fees for the transfer of the property in the name of the
VENDEE shall be for the account of the VENDEE. Real Estate Taxes and association dues up to
the execution of this deed of absolute sale shall be for the account of the VENDOR.

BEFORE ME , a Notary Public in and for the above jurisdiction , personally appeared
Known to me and to be known to be the same person who executed the foregoing document and
they acknowledge to me that the same is free and voluntary act and deed. This document contains
a Contract to Sell consisting of ___ pages including this page wherein the acknowledgement is
