1. I have filled in all the particulars in the admission and other forms submitted by me and these are true to the best of my knowledge.

2. I have read, understood and undertake to abide by the prevalent rules and regulations of the college as they may hereafter be made or

amended by the college authorities.

3. I understand that, I will not be permitted to appear for my college / university examination, if I fail to satisfy the college authorities on any of the

following counts.

• At least 75 percentage attendance separately at lectures and practicals.

• At least 75 percentage attendance at P.T. parade /N.C.C parade/N.S.S. work etc. as applicable to me.

• Attendance and performance at the college examination /tutorial, etc.

• Good disciplined behavior & decent dress on the college premises.

• Obedience to the instructions of teachers, staff and other college authorities.

• Payment of college fees as prescribed.

1. I undertake to keep my guardian /parents informed about my progress in studies and attendance at lectures, particulars, tutorials etc.

2. I understand that my admission will be final only on producing a transference certificate from the concerned school/ college and a final certificate

of eligibility from The Registrar, Savitribai Phule Pune University, which I undertake to secure and submit to you before the end of the first term.

3. I am aware that the refund of tuition fees on cancellation of the admission shall be as per University rules.

4. I further undertake to abide by the decision of the college authorities of NOT HOLDING THE ANNUAL SOCIAL GATHERING.

5. I am aware that use of mobile phone on the campus is prohibited wherever academic activity is going on (class room, laboratories, libraries etc.)

and undertake to strictly follow the rule.

6. I submit to the disciplinary jurisdiction of the Vice - Chancellor, Savitribai Phule Pune University and other officers and authorities of the

University and the college and shall observe and abide by the rules made from time to time by the Vice-Chancellar. I am aware that my

admission stands cancelled , if I fail do the same .

7. I request that, no information relating to me or my performance or any other matter should be furnished to any third person or published without

my written permission.

8. I will not be involved in any act of ragging directly or indirectly, I am aware that the college has a right to expel me if found guilty of ragging and

criminal law will be set in motion by the police.

9. I hereby unconditionally authorize Deccan Education Society, Pune and its institute to use my personal contact information for sending any

communication to be deemed necessary by them and also agree such communication will be treated as reviewed by me.
