Qualification
 A graduate of Senior High School in 2018 or currently enrolled in Grade 12
 Has an average grade of 85% or higher with no failing or incomplete grade
 Parents must have a combined family income not exceeding ₱150,000.00 per year
 Highly motivated to finish schooling
 Possess strong leadership ability
 Living in cities or municipalities of Cebu Province

 Handwritten Auto biography in 2-pages back to back short bond paper
 1-page Essay: Answer the question “What future do I want to see in 5-years?”
