I am a highly motivated IT professional with approximately 9.5 years’ worth of experience in the
Telecommunications, Products, Public sector, Financial Services and Petro-Chemical industries. I have worked
primarily on large implementation projects with a focus on business and operations support systems, IT Cost
reduction, IT Service Management and IT Strategy. I have solid expertise in system integration, technical
architecture, application architecture, enterprise architecture, technology architecture, project management, IT
architecture assessment, design and implementation
I graduated with a BSC Computer Science degree. I hold multi industry certifications (ITIL, Telecoms certifications
to name a few). I have participated in numerous local and international training both as a participant and a faculty.
I have received an honorary recognition for actively sharing technical and non-technical knowledge across

Telkom Mobile (8ta) – Billing Operations Delivery Lead (March 2011 – Oct 2011)
Lead the billing operations support team and was the interface to 8ta Executives.
Provided the billing SME capabilities to 8ta and ensured that any billing risks were raised
and mitigated.
Ensured that all billing incidents and problems were resolved and closed on timely basis with
minimal business impact.
Ensured the smooth integration between Accenture billing operations team and other
business domains e.g. Service Operations Centre (SOC) and Commercial Back Office (CBO)
Provided smooth functioning of the Accenture team in terms of project scheduling and
management.
Managed resource and (contract) financial forecast of the client contract to ensure that
forecasted margins were not affected and project was finished within allocated budget.
Mobile Telephone Network (MTN) - Business Architect (Aug 2010 – Feb 2011)
Understood the mandate of the technical process stream in order to effectively map the
business process in line with project objectives.
Baselined the technical (specifically billing and CRM existing (AS-IS)) processes against
eTOM framework
Designed billing and CRM target state (TO-BE) processes against eTOM framework.
Acted as a liaison between technical and business process streams to ensure that gaps
between technical solution assessment and target state process designs were raised and
closed accordingly.
South African Social Security Agency - System Architect (Jan 2009 – Aug 2009)
Analysed strategic architecture and designed new Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) system
requirements based on the business requirements.

Created ESB requirements specifications for the integration stream.
Created the functional design specification (Use Cases, Use Case Diagrams, Activity
Diagrams, etc) for the Integration stream.
Drawn up the ESB development strategy in terms of the industry best practices.
