SHERIFF’S RETURN OF SUMMONS

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that on August 3, 2009, the undersigned caused

the service of summons together with a copy of the complaint with its
annexes to Respondent MING TSOI at his given address at 18 Flamingo
Green Meadows Avenue, Quezon City, as per information given by an old
lady in her mid 80’s who is also residing at the said address, and introduced
herself as the mother of the defendant, and said to me that the defendant is
not around at that time. On the 6th day of August 2009, I returned to the
same place to serve the summons and repeat this on the 7th, 8th, and 9th day
of the said month.

Finally on the 10th day of the said month, the service of summons was finally
served to the Respondent MING TSOI by personal service. A copy of the
summons was received, and signed by him.

WHEREFORE, in view of the above-premise, herein undersigned effected

the personal service to the respondent by tendering the copy of the
summons. The herein summon is hereby returned duly served.
