in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the

To be allowed to withdraw the credit balance of Peso Savings Account

No. 107502002685 the amount of THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY SIX
THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FORTY ONE AND 66/100 (Php 386,341.66)
in the name of the deceased HELEN UY TIAN.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT , full power and

do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said
