PRESENTATION
This time me and my group will present the easiest way to cook a full meal with ingredients that
are available to everyone and easy steps without requiring something special all in order to make
it easier to cook for everyone.

First course:
AVOCADO SALAD

Avocado or avocado is a delicious fruit rich in healthy fats,properties and health benefits.
Avocado is the fruit of the tree Persea americana and contains vitamins B, vitamin C, vitamin
K, folic acid and potassium. Notably avocado has more potassium banana
INGREDIENTS:

 lettuce
 Vegetable oil
 cdas.vinagre
 cda.culantro chopped

 tomatoes
 lemon juice
 avocados

PREPARATION

PUMPKIN STEW
Ingredients
4 servings
