LETTER OF INTEND

The following directors; Mr Caizeng Zhuang ​Passport number​: EC1045437, Miss Muindia
Onesmus ​ID: ​791216 00112, Mr Patrisius Wakalenda ID: 810804 10236, ​of NAMCD
INVESTMENT ​cc: Reg cc/2019/003352 ​“(the Company”):

NAMCD has recently secured a big farm with cattle livestock to venture into the meat industry. We
have setup a storage facility in Okahandja from where we aim to trade our business. We aim to bring
around ​1500 – 2000 cattle per month for slaughter and packaging to your organisation. We aim to
expand per year on providing livestock of ​18 000 – 24 000 ​to your service.

Meatco Namibia has agreed to charge ​NAMCD INVESTMENT ​cc ​N$850.00 per head of cattle, this
price includes the slaughtering, cutting, and packaging of the livestock which will be brought to
meatco from our farmsted. Furthermore any other pricing will be discuss with Meatco Namibia at
later stage.

This business venture will benefit both Meatco Namibia and Namcd Investment in generating income,
expanding Namibian products into the local markets and in future exporting to the asian markets
internationally. We at NAMCD will employ numerous namibian people at our abattoir hub which be
beneficial to job creations. We currently aim to obtain latest technology and infrastructure for the
meat processing and aim to bring our employees training to expertise in meat processing and gain
skills to develop them. This is well aligned to the national Harambee prosperity plan.

The starting capital will be granted by Chinese bank, the bank requires a letter stating that ​NAMCD
INVESTMENT ​cc and Meatco Namibia have an agreement that all cattle will be slaughtered, cut and
package according to international standard and procedures.

We hereby request your good office to grant a letter stating ​NAMCD INVESTMENT ​cc /2019/03352
and Meatco Namibia have signed a contract whereby Meatco undertakes to slaughter, process and
package beef on behalf of ​NAMCD INVESTMENT ​cc in accordance with the international standards
and regulation for exportation of meat products to Europe, Asia, China, Hong Kong and other market
