PROMISSORY NOTE

I, LEILA D. SAMPO, of legal age, Filipino citizen and a resident of House No. 7,
Heaven St. Brgy., Tigas, Zamboanga City, Philippines, promises to pay to the order of
JONEL X. AFAM, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and a resident of House No. 11, Brgy.
Sarap, Zamboanga City, the total sum of THIRTY THOUSAND, PESOS (Php
30,000.00), Philippine Currency, on or before December 14, 2018. In addition to the
foregoing, I promise to pay monthly interest at the rate of TWO POINT FIVE (2.5%)
percent without need for further notice, demand, presentment, or any other act or
deed, starting from the due date thereof until this note is fully paid.

In the event that the creditor, JONEL X. AFAM, seeks judicial remedies or other
legal actions to enforce her rights under this Note, I hereby undertake to pay all the
collection expenses and all/any of the corresponding and necessary fees required under
the premises.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands on this December


14, 2018 at Zamboanga City, Philippines.
