COMMERCIAL COOKING

 Commercial cooking is simply cooking for other


people, provided that they'll be compensated for
the service rendered.
PROBLEM #1

Problem:

Solution:
;Kailangan na magsuot ta ug hairnet
inig magluto ta aron walay masagol na
buhok sa atong gina luto.

Recommendation:

;In cooking we need to use hairnet,


especially for girls, to prevent our hair
from falling towards the food that we
are cooking.For restaurants or other
food sellers, the one who cooks the
food musf fix or use a hairnet to avoid
hairfall problems that can irritate some
costumers.
PROBLEM #2

Problem:

Nganong kailangan maghugas ug


kamot bago mag luto?

Solution:

Kailangan na maghugas ta ug kamot


bago mag luto aron limpyo sad ang
atong kaonon.

Recommendation:

Before we start on cooking, we must


wash our hands with soap properly so
that the food we will eat will be
clean.We are using our hands in
cooking so that it must start on clean
hands to serve and eat clean foods.
PROBLEM #3

Problem:

Nganong kailangan limpyo ang utensils


na atong gamiton sa pag luto?

Solution:

Kailangan na limpyo ang utensils na


atoang gamiton sa pag luto kay aron
ma avoid nato ang bacteria and germs.

Recommendation:

We must clean and sanitize the tools


and equipment after using to avoid
bacterias and germs.Cleaning and
sanitizing procedures must be part of
the standard operating procedures
that make up food safety
program.Improperly cleaned and
sanitized surfaces allow harmful
microorganisms to be transferred from
one food to another.
PROBLEM #4

Problem:

Nganong kailangan nato ibutang sa


proper place ang mga utensils
pagkahuman nato ug gamit?

Solution:

Kailangan nato ibutang sa proper place


ang mga utensils pagkahuman nato ug
gamit kay aron hapsay ang atong
lababo.

Recommendation:

We must put the utensils in it's proper


place so that the kitchen looks
presentable and organized.We need to
put knives or kther sharp utensils in a
place that aren't reachable for children
to avoid accidents.
PROBLEM #5

Problem:

Solution:

Kailangan nato magsuot ug apron


aron dili mahugawan ang atoang
sanina.

Recommendation:

The apron prevents your clothes


from coming in contact with the
food. Well by merely wearing an
apron, it tucks in all the loose
clothing and our clothes are firmly
secured to our body.
PROBLEM #6

Problem:

Nganong kailangan ibutang sa


freezer ang karne for the whole
night bago lutuon?

Solution:

Kailangan nato ibutang ang karne


sa freezer to keep it fresh ug aron
dili maka carry ug bacteria.

Recommendation:

We need to put the raw meat in the


freezer because raw meats can
carry harmful bacteria that can may
cause stomach ache.To keep the
meat fresh we must put it on the
freezer.
PROBLEM #7

Problem:

Nganong dapat organize ang mga


biscuits and other foods sa display?

Solution:

Kailangan organize ang mga


biscuits ug other foods sa display
aron presentable ang canteen ug
dali lang makapili ang mo palit.

Recommendation:

We need to organize the biscuits


and other foods in the display to
make the canteen neat and clean
and also presentable.In addition it
is easy for the costumer to pick
what he/she will buy.
