Subject: DIVISION ASSESSMENT FOR VARIOUS VACANT POSITIONS

1. This Office announces the assessment and evaluation of applicants on December 27, 2018 for Master
Teacher II, Master Teacher I, School Principal II, Head Teacher Ill, Administrative Assistant II,
Administrative Aide VI and Administrative Aide IV positions, Tuesday, 8:00AM, at DepEd-SDO Conference
Hall, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya.

2. Qualified applicants are advised to submit their application letters together with the photocopy of their
supporting documents arranged according to the sequence of the criteria of the DepEd Order (Hiring
Guidelines) applicable to the position applied for with proper ear tags and table of contents.

3. Additional documents will no longer be accepted and entertained during the assessment proper.

4. Original documents shall be presented during the scheduled assessment in order for the submitted
photocopied documents be given credit.

5. All documents must be submitted to this Office for preliminary evaluation and assessment on or before
December 19, 2018 at 5 o'clock in the afternoon addressed to the Schools Division Superintendent,
Attn: Administrative Officer V (Admin).

6. Contenders for the positon will undergo online answering on the essay to be submitted through the
email address of the SDO. Thus, a laptop is indispensable to be utilized.

7. Immediate dissemination ofthis memorandum is desired.
