We would like to recommend Christian C. Cruz, a fourth year Bachelor of Science in Psychology
student of our university for an On-the-Job Training (OJT) in your institution.

The training program covers 120 hours of work exposure and applications of what the student
has learned and acquired from his academic course work. We respectfully request that the
student be placed and trained in the areas involving the practice of Educational Psychology
(i.e. test administration and interpretation, assistance to available Guidance Programs and
Services, meeting and handling client concerns, peer counseling).

Our student will be available for practicum from August 22 to September 20,2019. We
acknowledge that the said trainee is expected to understand and adhere to your regulations and
policies. Our practicum coordinators will communicate with you regularly to monitor our
student’s routine. Before the end of the training period, an evaluation form will be provided by
the university to get feedback about their performance.
