Membership Info
APOL invites Africans world-wide to join us in our work to improve the quality of life
for Africans everywhere.

How to Join APOL

To become a member of SOTC or an APOL General Member, you must:

1. Be an African
2. Read and unite with the APOL Principles of Unity
3. Complete and submit an APOL Join Form
4. Pay an annual General Membership Fee of $120/year ($10/month or $30/quarter).
If you are a student you would pay $60/year ($5/month or $15/quarter).

Membership Options

SOTC Membership

SOTC (Is an all African group of women skilled in diverse lines of work) SOTC's
formation is composed of teachers, healthcare workers, students and other skilled
Africans with expertise in Self -Education/De-Schooling, Child & Adult Development,
Entrepreneurship/ Skills Training, Harvesting/Gardening, Nutrition, renewable energy
technology, agribusiness, soil science and other related areas. SOTC members participate
in APOL by serving as advisors, organizing training sessions, developing project plans
of action and participating in the implementation of APOL programs.

General APOL Membership

APOL General Membership is open to Africans who unite with our mission and desire to
volunteer time, energy and skills in other important areas (i.e. fundraising, outreach, web-
design, videography, etc.)

APOL/SOTC PRINCIPLES OF UNITY

1. All who participate in APOL work must do so under the leadership of APOL in
order to meet APOL's goals and objectives
2. All African people, wherever we may be located, are one people!
3. The resources of Africa are the birthright of African people everywhere!
4. African people need self-determination! We do not need charity!
5. Any skill possessed by an African anywhere does not belong to that individual
African; rather, that skill belongs to and must be used for the benefit of the masses of
African people everywhere!
