TRAINING DESIGN
I. Objectives
II. Rationale
As mandated by Article II, Section 6 on our GAD Code, “All schools, offices and
establishments or companies, departments and agencies, both public and private shall
provide Gender Sensitivity Training to their officials and employees to provide them with
theoretical and practical knowledge on gender issues and concerns”. Furthermore, as stated
in Executive Order No. 273, otherwise known as “The Philippine Plan for Gender-Responsive
Development, 1995-2025”, all government agencies and department should incorporate
Gender and Development (GAD) efforts and concerns in their planning, programming and
training.

23 - Teachers
5 - Non-Teaching Personnel
2 - Resource Speakers
30 - Total Pax
Funds needed to this training for honorarium, meals, snacks and accommodations and
transportation shall be charged to school’s MOOE and breakfast and snacks for Day 2 will be
shouldered by the Canteen Fund subject to usual accounting and auditing procedures.
