STUDENT ENERGY QUEST CHALLENGE 2019
14 - 16 November 2019

Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) Balikpapan Section and the Society of Indonesian Petroleum Engineers of Central and
Eastern Indonesia (IATMI-ITT) will hold our biggest event "Central & Eastern Indonesia Petroleum Summit 2019". It will be held
in Balikpapan with series of events throughout November 2019. With the theme of 'Defining the Future of Indonesian Energy',
 
As part of CEIPS 2019 event series, a Student Energy Quest Challenge (SEQC) will be held for students. Created to promote
cross-disciplinary integration, each participating university will have a multi-disciplinary team of undergraduate students. We
offer a rare opportunity to work together on a joint technical project and extend your network with new friendships. In
addition, a company visit will also be held during SEQC program to give clear insight and general practice about petroleum
industry especially in Balikpapan City.

Motivation Video
Create & share a 2-3 minute video in English with contents:

Introduce yourself (Name, University, Majoring, Member or Board of SPE SC/ IATMI SM)
Motivation to join SEQC
Why SEQC Committee should choose you 
Share your video through social media (instagram) tag @spe_bpn & @iatmi.itt with
#DelegatesforSEQC2019
Final Presentation
SEQC-CEIPS committee will select representatives based on CV, academic transcript, and video. Shortlisted
representative will be grouped into teams to analyze and propose a development plan to be presented in
Balikpapan.

Benefit
Final representatives will receive travel grants (ticket & accommodation) to the SEQC Final 2019 to
present your development plan to an expert jury.
