AUDIENCE
You are to analyze two brands of a certain grocery item and conclude which of the two you would
recommend to your family members considering the product’s components, properties, and cost.
SITUATION You will need to convince your family members to support your preferred brand based on the results of the
analysis.
You are to write a letter explaining to your family members why they should purchase a specific brand of
grocery item. The letter will include the comparison of the two brands focusing on their essential
PRODUCT components/ingredients and product quality (properties) using measurement and cost calculations.

III. Persuasive Letter
Nestle and Selecta makes great milk products that is rich in vitamins and calcium that helps
to make our bones healthy and strong. Nestle Fresh Milk tastes better for me while Selecta is too
sweet for my taste but it has more vitamins and protein because fortified milk is fresh milk that is
added with difference vitamins. My recommendation is to buy the Selecta Fortified Milk because
of its higher amount of different vitamins such as vitamin A, B1, B2, B3, B6, B12 and D4. It is
also more economical to buy the Selecta Fortified Milk Because of the lower unit cost of it. I hope
