We, Servants’ Choir, is an organization under the Music Ministry and the Ministry on Liturgy
of the San Jose Manggagawa Parish. As part of our service, we are preparing for our annual
Recruitment Program that targets our prospective and regular members. This program, which is
set to go in full swing this August 17,2019.

In relation to this, we are asking your good office to allow us to promote our group to your students
for our formal recruitment of members this coming August 8 and 9, 2019 (Thursday and Friday)
. We commit to properly supervising all of the students who are willing to join our organization.
It is our own little way of helping them become disciplined, morally upright and productive citizens
of our society.
