Introduction

Ingredients

Banana Mochi Ingredients:

 2 cups of rice flour


 ½ cup of sugar
 2 sachet of milk
 1 cup of hot water
 Inch cube of butter
 Cornstarch
 Food Color
 Whipped cream
 Sliced Banana

Chocolate Mochi Ingredients:

 2 cups of rice flour


 ½ cup of sugar
 2 sachet of milk
 1 cup of hot water
 Cornstarch
 Food color
 Chocolates

Yema Mochi Ingredients:

 2 cups of rice flour


 ½ cup of sugar
 2 sachet of milk
 1 cup of hot water
 Cornstarch
 Food color
 Yema

Chocolate Scramble Ingredients:

 2 cups of shaved ice


 1 sachet of pandesal mate
 1 tbsp sugar
 Powdered milk
 Condensed milk
 Marshmallows

Strawberry Scramble Ingredients:

 2 cups of shaved ice


 1 tbsp strawberry flavor
 1 tbsp sugar
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 Powdered milk
 Condensed milk
 Marshmallows

Process

Banana Mochi Balls

1. Put the glutinous rice on the pan with a medium heat stove.
2. After heating the glutinous rice put it on a bowl.
3. On the separate empty bowl put sugar, hot water, milk, food color and cornstarch.
4. After putting the sugar, hot water, milk, food color and cornstarch mix it and add the
glutinous rice that has been heated.
5. After mixing it microwave it for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
6. After that, transfer it on another bowl then mix it with butter.
7. After mixing it with butter, put a little bit of cornstarch on a clean and smooth table for
molding.
8. After molding it into a flat circle, add the whipped cream and the banana that will serve
as the fillings.
9. After those steps make it round to seal it.

Chocolate Mochi

1. Put the glutinous rice, sugar, milk, food color on a bowl and then mix it using a whisk.
2. After mixing it, put it on a microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
3. After putting it on the microwave, put a little bit of cornstarch on a clean and smooth
table to mold it.
4. After molding it into a flat circle add the chocolates on the center of it and then seal it.

Yema Mochi

1. Put the glutinous rice, sugar, milk, food color on a bowl and then mix it using a whisk.
2. After mixing it, put it on a microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
3. After putting it on the microwave, put a little bit of cornstarch on a clean and smooth
table to mold it.
4. After molding it into a flat circle add the yema on the center of it and then seal it.

Chocolate Scramble
1. Shave 2 cups of ice using an ice crusher.
2. After crushing the ice, add 1 sachet of pandesal mate on the shaved ice.
3. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar and then mix it.
4. After mixing, add some powdered milk, condensed milk and marshmallow on the top of
your scramble.

Strawberry Scramble
1. Shave 2 cups of ice using an ice crusher.
2. After crushing the ice, put 1 tablespoon of strawberry flavor on the shaved ice.
3. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and then mix it.
4. After mixing, add some powdered milk, condensed milk and marshmallow on the top of
your scramble.
