1. Depositing Cash: Customer needs to visit any


PNB branch & fill in cash deposit slip(credit card

2.Transfer of funds: Bank's account holders can


opt to get the amount transferred from their
deposit account towards payment of credit card
dues. A cheque or mandate authorising
transferring of amount from the deposit account is
to be submitted.

3. Clearing instruments like cheques/ drafts /


payorder: Customer needs to fill credit card no.,
name, contact no. & amount in cheque deposit
slip and to submit it along with cheque at the
cheque deposit counter. All the cheques should
be drawn in favour of “PNB Credit Card No - (16
digit credit card number).

4. Auto Debit (Standing Instructions): Primary


cardholder who is maintaining account with PNB
may request on prescribed form for payment of
‘Minimum Amount Due’ or ‘Total Amount Due’,
through Auto Debit, either at the time of
application of credit card or at a later stage. The
format for Auto Debit request is available at the
Bank’s credit card website www.pnbcard.in or
through credit card link at www.pnbindia.in .

5. Electronic Clearing System (ECS): Any


cardholder whose credit card account is active
and having no delinquency may request for
recovery of credit card dues through ECS. The
cardholder can exercise his/her option either to
pay ‘Total Amount Due’ or ‘Minimum Amount
Due’. The instructions can be given by the credit
cardholder, either at the time of submitting
application for credit card or at any point of time
after credit card is issued. The format for ECS
Request is available at the Bank’s credit card
website www.pnbcard.in.

6. Internet Banking: The Card Holder who is a


customer of our Bank and having Internet
Banking User ID & Password may access his
credit card Account through Internet Banking. He
can submit requests and can also make payment
of his credit card dues through Internet Banking.
The details of credit card interface through
internet banking are available in the User Guide
at PNB Internet Banking-Retail-Log in page at
www.netpnb.com.

7. VISA money transfer facility: In case where a


PNB’s Credit Card holder is maintaining an
account with the Bank that provides the facility of
online transfer through VISA Money Transfer,
such Credit Card holders can make use of VISA
Money Transfer facility to make payment of
monthly credit card dues. Cardholder has to log
on to his/her bank’s net banking website and go
to VISA Money transfer link for making such
Transfer. Money transfer transaction through
VISA money takes 2 working days to reach the
beneficiary bank account and beneficiary bank
will then transfer the funds to credit card account.
VISA Money Transfer service is offered by banks
on their terms & conditions.

8. National Electronic Fund Transfer (NEFT): A


card Holder can also make the payment through
his/her account with other banks towards PNB
Credit Card dues, through National Electronic
Fund Transfer (NEFT). The credit cardholder
must fill up the following fields at the time of
making the payment of credit card dues :i. IFSC
code of beneficiary branch: It is always
PUNB0112000ii. Transaction code : It is 52 as
specified by RBIiii. Beneficiary a/c. No.: It is 16
digits Credit Card Number.NEFT facility is subject
to the rules and guidelines of Reserve Bank of
India, as applicable from time to time.

9. Through PNB ATMs: PNB account holder can


pay PNB credit card dues by using their PNB
ATM/debit card at PNB’s ATMs.10. Through
‘Billdesk’: PNB Credit Card holder maintaining
accounts with Banks other than PNB, can make
online payment towards PNB Credit Card Dues
through Billdesk by using internet banking
channel of other selected Banks.
