Revised Result of LDCE for LGOs for promotion from Postman/Mail Guard and
MTS to PA/SA cadre held on 09.12.2018 was declared vide this office letter of even
num~er ~ated 25.02.2019 along with the list of surplus qualified candidates of aforesaid
examination, In an exercise to appoint the surplus qualified candidates against unfilled
vacancies
. of 2016-17, 2017-18 and 2018 (01.04.2018 to 31.12.2018) in different divisions ,
options were called for from them. .

Now, the competent authority has been pleased to allot the surplus qualified
candidates against eligible unfilled vacancies of particular recruitment year strictly in
order of merit as listed in Annexure-I. The candidates so allotted may be appointed
latest by 20.03.2019 positively. While issuing the appointment order, the instructions
contained in Directorate letter No. 60-11/2011-SPB-I dated 16.09.2011 should be strictly
adhere to. The pre-appointment terms and conditions mentioned in this office letter of
even number dated 21.0~.2019 applyequally to the allotted surplus qualified candidates
listed in Annexure -I.

It is also to inform that, in the event of any candidate in the merit list of surplus
qualified candidates not willing to accept promotion in allotted division, the post will be
offered to next surplus qualified candidate strictly on merit. If, any of the surplus
qualified candidates declines promotion, the letter declining the promotion s~ould be
obtained and sent to this office immediately for further allotment of next surplus
qualified candidate.
