b) detaljno planiranje izvođenja radova, odnosno realizacije projekta, koje
obuhvata:
statičke planove potreba u radnoj snazi, glavnim materijalima,
postrojenjima i mehanizaciji,
spisak aktivnosti (pozicija) svih radova čije se izvođenje planira,
ukljućujući i pripremne radove u skladu sa ovim projektom,
mrežni plan, odnosno mrežne planove za projekat u cjelini, za pojedine
objekte i vrste radova i podizvođače. Mrežni plan uraditi u
programskom paketu Microsoft Project, ili u drugom dostupnom paketu
uz prethodnu saglasnost investitora. Strukturu mrežnih planova uraditi
sa više sumarnih aktivnosti kako bi se u praćenju realizacije mogli
efikasno koristiti za različite nivoe upravljanja. U mrežnim planovima
utvrditi radnu, resursnu, troškovnu i organizacionu strukturu projekta,
poštujući podloge i uslove; utvrditi resursne kalendare saglasno
proračunatom fondu radnog vremna. Na osnovu mrežnih planova
utvrditi rokove početka i završetka pojedinih važnih aktivnosti (ključnih
događaja) na izgradnji objekta, kritične aktivnosti i puteve, ukupne i
slobodne vremenske resurse,
gantograme i ortogonalne planove posebno za saobraćajnice i objekte
na saobraćajnicama,
plan izvođenja poslova i aktivnosti na transportu materijala i opreme,

3. GENERAL PRINCIPLES AND REQUIREMENTS
In order to understand reasonable costs and time required for construction of the
concerned section of the highway, it is necessary to develop the Main Design of the
Contraction Organization and Technology. The Main Design shall provide for
coordination of works and optimization in terms of items of work, work sequence and
time required for completion of works. In selecting the construction technology and
defining time schedule of works, it should be taken into consideration that at the
points of intersection of the highway with the existing roads, and in other zones of
the future highway contact with the existing roads traffic will be operated in line with
the execution of works, in accordance with the design of temporary traffic
signalization and equipment.
The Contractor shall prepare a design which is fully compliant with the programme
parameters, design methodology, effective laws and regulations, and Employer's
instructions and requirements.
The Contractor shall prepare the Design for organization of construction on the full
route length of the section concerned as well as for the separate structures on the
route (bridges, viaducts, underpasses, overpasses, tunnels, maintenance base with
traffic control and maintenance center). Those elements which refer to the route and
which are common shall not be repeated in the designs of sections and/or structures.
In addition to the design bases referred to in Item 3 of the general part of Terms of
References, the Main Design shall rely on the bases, solutions, technical
requirements for construction, bill of costs and bill of quantities provided in the other
parts of the main design as well as on the data on the location conditions which are
obtained from different sources, and based on the mandatory site visit to the route.
Additionally, Design of the Construction Organization and Technology shall be
prepared in compliance with the technical and technological capacities and qualified
human resources of the contractor.
