Dear Mrs. Georlin:

Please be informed that effective February 1, 2018 you are hereby appointed by the
undersigned to the position as Receptionist/Clerk Encoder in our association, Tolong Sugarcane
Growers, Inc., URC-Compound, Sicopong Caranoche, Sta. Catalina, Negros Oriental, with a daily
compensation rate of Pesos: Three Hundred Fifty Three & 79/100 (P 353.79) only under a
probationary period of Three(3) consecutive months;

And thereafter, if your services rendered is satisfactory, you are automatically

appointed as regular employee and entitled for a monthly salary of Pesos: Nine Thousand One
Hundred Ninety Eight & 42/100 (P 9,198.42).

In every year of service you are entitled for 15 days Vacation Leave and 15 days Sick
Leave with pay.

You are entitled to avail the benefits given by the Tolong Sugarcane Growers, Inc. to
employees members in Social Security Systems, Pag-ibig, Philhealth as employer’s share.

Please be guided accordingly.
