for Interview regarding.
CHANCE OFFER

B.Com (C.A)

Date of Interview: 21.06.19 Time of Interview: 1.30 P.M

You are requested to appear along with your parent/guardian for an interview with the undersigned in connection with the admission to
B.Com (C.A) Degree course offered by this College for the year 2019-20 on the basis of your rank in the merit list prepared for the purpose. If
you fail to appear for the interview on the prescribed date and time, you will automatically lose your chance for admission without any
further notice. The branch of study will be allotted at the time of interview based on your rank and preference.
You are requested to bring the following documents in original and the prescribed fee at the time of interview, failing which you will lose
your chance for admission. No excuses would be entertained in this matter.

1. This memo and SSLC or equivalent certificate.


2. Mark list of Higher Secondary or equivalent examination in original.
3. Transfer Certificate and Conduct Certificate from the head of the institution last studied in original.
4. Migration/Eligibility certificates in original (As applicable)
5. Community & Income certificate (obtained within 6 months of date of production) for SC/ST/OEC/OBC candidates from the
competent authority in original.
6. Necessary certificates to prove claim of bonus marks/quota (Sports) if applicable. If supporting documents in original as mentioned
in prospectus are not brought for claiming bonus marks/quota such candidates will not be considered for admission and will lose
their chance.
7. Printout of University CAP ID registration along with fee receipt.

N.B: Sports quota will be filled up only as per rank list obtained from the district sports council. All applicants ranked under sports Quota
have to submit a copy of the application to the Palakkad District Sports council if not done yet.

Points to Note
1. This offer is subject to your fulfilling all the conditions stipulated in the prospectus.
2. Admission will take effect only after remittance of fees and caution deposit as prescribed. No request will be entertained for
postponement of remittance of fees on admission day for any reason whatsoever.
3. Total fees to be remitted as the 1st installment for the first semester is Rs. 10930/-
* PTA fund of Rs. 2500 is compulsory for all students. The second installment of Tuition fee is Rs. 5575/- to be paid during the 3 rd
month after admission.
4. Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. After admission TC will be issued strictly, only as per rules prescribed
in the Prospectus.
5. You are requested to bring a set of attested copies of the certificates for admission.
6. Uniform-As prescribed in the Prospectus.
7. Educational loans are available from many banks on production of studentship certificate from the college.
8. Other than the prescribed fees no other fee will be collected.
9. University norms/IHRD rules will be supreme and binding on all admissions.
