SECURITY BANK BILLS PAYMENT INSTRUCTION

You may now pay for your visa medical examination at Security Bank. Bills Payment
may be made through the following channels:

• OVER-THE-COUNTER

1. Proceed to any Security Bank branch and make a Bills Payment transaction. Provide the following
payment details :

a. Biller Name:
b. Payment Code: REFER TO ONLINE REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
c. Payment Amount

PLEASE PAY THE EXACT AMOUNT IN CASH.

2. Upon successful payment, you will be issued a validated transaction slip.

The signed transaction slip shall

serve as your proof of payment. You
must present the ORIGINAL Universal
Transaction Slip on the day of your
visa medical examination.

1. Log on to Security Bank Online [https://securitybankonline.securitybank.com/login]

2. Upon successful log-in, hover over “Payments & Transfers” and select “Pay Bills”.

3. Input the payment details (Please refer to your

ONLINE REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION for
payment details), and click on the Submit button.

4. If all details entered are valid, the Confirmation

Page will be displayed. Review the payment
details and click on the Confirm button once all
details are correct.

5. The Acknowledgement Page

will appear upon successful
processing of the bills payment.

6. You will receive a transaction notification in your email address registered with Security Bank Online.
Please print the notification email. This shall serve as your proof of payment. Please bring the printout
to the clinic on your preferred date of visa medical examination
