shoulci have knov,rn that the ciangerous conciition existed. ln addition, the Defendant,

suffered batlily injury and resulting pain and suffering, disehility, disfigurement, mental

anguistr, ag;gravation anct/or acceleraticn of pre-existirrg condition(s), loss of capacity fsr

the enloyrnent of life, expense of trospitalization, medical and nursing care anrj

treatrner:t. The losses aie either permaneni or contini.iing in nature and the []iaintiff will

suffer ihe losses in the future. Further, the Plaintiff incurred the costs of aitei'native hotei
