Subject –Financial assistance in organizing conference.

Dear Sir,

Bharat Group of college is Planning to organizing a one day national conference on "Empowering
Environment through Green Technology". For this we have already submitted the application form
available on university website for financial support in the month of September 2018 and discussed this
matter with Dr Shavina Bansal and she has approved it with minor amendments.

In order to fulfill this project we are seeking financial assistance from the university.
