Project Management for Executives

14 PDUs

Workshop Overview

This course is an eye-opener on the to-dos and expectations towards project sponsorship. As good sponsorship is critical
to the success of projects, the professional filling the position should remove the guess work and be ready to take on this
leading position.

Project Sponsorship is vital to the successful implementation of any project or program and the nature of the role must be
fully understood before it can be effectively practiced. This is important because it has been widely recognized that a lack
of both a clear link between the organization’s projects and programs and key strategic priorities and clear senior
management ownership and leadership are common causes of many failures

This two days Project Management course identifies how participants can maximize their effectiveness as a project
sponsor.
