Terms of Payment
a. The Client shall pay the down payment
i. of the Official (government) Costs in the amount of
a) IDR 78,050,000 + IDR 10,050,000 for each additional sub qualification;
b) USD 10,000 or USD 5,000 (depending on the type of representative
office); and

ii. of the service fee in the amount of USD 8,500;

after this Offer Letter has been accepted by the Client;
b. The Client shall pay any additional Official (government) Costs upon request of PNB
Law Firm (see note (a) below). Any left-over Official (government) Costs shall be
returned by PNB Law Firm to the Client after completion of the services.
c. The Client shall pay the Second Payment in the amount of USD 5,000 after completion
of the registration of membership of BUJKA to the Association of Construction

Notes
a. The Official (government) Costs are indicative and may be subject to change by the
government from time to time. The Client understands and accepts that it shall pay the
actual official costs which may be different than the official costs indicated in this Offer
Letter. PNB Law Firm shall provide receipts of payment of the Official (government)
Costs to the Client.
b. Administrative costs due to money transfer shall be borne by the Client.
c. Upon approval of this Offer Letter, the Client and PNB shall enter into a Legal Services
Agreement
