Responsibilities include evaluating children birth-three to determine if they qualify for early support
services, developing IFSP’s, implementing strategies to work towards goals in IFSP’s, as well as support
families in many different areas by providing them with resources such as: housing, career, food, legal,
child care, etc…
Responsibilities included extending school year special education services monitoring IEP goals, objectives,
and behavior plans for all students within the extended school year program. I created learning
experiences that aligned with their IEP’s. In addition to coordinating with staff regarding accommodations,
best practices and monitoring each student’s individual plan.
Responsibilities include following and progress monitoring IEP students as well as typically developing
peers. This includes progress monitoring utilizing the AEPSi system multiple times during the year,
analyzing data to tailor my teaching and collaborating with colleagues to extend all students learning. I
plan my curriculum to align with the AEPSi progress monitoring system and the NH Early Learning
Guidelines as well as incorporating social skills using the second step program. I make sure that each day
all students’ needs are met and that they enjoy school while learning.

reading and spelling groups as well as implemented math interventions.
