roles I held in recent years, I have managed and lead teams and projects to success, overachieving

training programs and review programs of employees.

Achievements: Implemented together with a team, an employment psychological testing system to


observe the compatibility between the job and employee. Organized and coordinated 4 stages of
management training that was delivered to employees from central public administration (Romanian
Agency of Development, Work Ministry and Transport Ministry) – realized in partnership with OWZ,
Bayern Munchen from Germany.
