SUMMARY
Working in various industries and different roles, my experience and achievements recommend me as a
flexible, open minded leader, constantly learning from working alongside teams. Throughout the senior
roles I held in recent years, I have managed and lead teams and projects to success, overachieving
targets and adjusting strategies to the needs of the business and its people.
My objective by applying to this position HR Business Partner where I can contribute with my expertise

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Manager
October 2008 – Present: SC HI-FI HR CONSULTANTA
Coordinated all Human Resources processes at a national level: full cycle recruitment, human
management, yearly employee motivation and satisfaction analysis.
Created and implemented performance standards for sales teams and updated performance
evaluation system.
Created and planned training programs.
Recruited, managed, trained and motivated Sales Teams company wide
Managed Sales Teams over 9 counties in the South and South-West area of the country.
Consultant
August – December 2008: PAN MANAGEMENT (member of RTC Holding)
Offered consulting services in human management integration for two companies from the same
area of work (delivery systems) merging into one.
Achievements: Transferred 1300 employees from one company to the other in 1 month and managed
the assimilation activity of Curiero company.
Human resources management and evaluation. Implemented bonus and rewards system and HR
retention strategies.
Analyzed current organizational culture, developed strategies to effectively communicate it and
align it with the rest of the business.

Acted as a consultant and management expert in business and foreign investments programs.

Managed, organized and lead daily production and supply activities, calculated material
consumption and planned and supervised production workflow.
Implemented full cycle recruitment and HR processes. Created all work contracts and end of work
reports, payroll and extra hours, scheduled and coordinated roasters.
Created invoices and notices for the departing goods. Maintained evidence of all this process in
the system.
Achievements: Increased production 10 times over 2 years. Recruited, supervised and managed a
team of 30 workers. Coordinated the restoration of the production factory.
Managed and coordinated internal activity of the institution. Responsible for payroll, HR
management, administration and purchase, legal relations and public relations.
Developed and implemented the main organizational regulations that guided how the institution
functioned.
Elaborated inside behavior regulations and planned budget for HR, successfully implementing it
for the specific years.
Programmed and refined purchase plans and followed it through according to the legislation in

Managed and coordinated HR services in the ministry since it was established. Developed
organizational charts and coordinated payroll.

Worked with the consultant nominated by European Union Delegation to create and manage the
program for professional development of employees coming from centralized institutions as part
of the PHARE, ISPA and SAPARD program.
Managed and organized Human Resources Department in the agency. Implemented professional
training programs and review programs of employees.
