ll. Nature of Work

A. What preparations did you take before applying for this position?

I educate myself before making it to tjis position, I’ve learned how to manage

employees, do the finances like budgeting, cost control, and forecasting.

B. What are your duties and responsibilities in the job?

 I am responsible for the over all management in chowking, I do the supervisions and

make every devision inside and outside the kitchen. I manage the human resource,

making sure that every employee does their jobs efficiently.

C. What are the competncies needed to excel in the jobe?

The competencies needed or as store manager most possessed should be leaders

skils, management skills and mosy especially communication skills because it affects

the flow of the business, on day to day basis.

D. What are the perks or benefits of your job?

One of the advantage of my job is that I make all the decissions, I am the superior, I

listen to my employee’s opinions and suggestions but I still have the final say.

lll. Situation

A. What are the challenge you face in ferporming your job?

I think the challenge I am struggling in performing my job is that I’m having time

balancing everything because I am the store manager at the same time the manager.

B. How did youresolvethe issues?

I resolve it throuhg having someone to help me but the most effective is having

time management. Using time wisely.

C. What are the “Must do’s” in coping up with stress?

From time to time we experience stress due to our daily operation but if everyone is

communicating effectively we can avoid problems. Whenever I’m stress, I just relax,

unwind and have myself a little time to breathe and then go back to work again.
IV. Encouragement

A. What advice can you give to the students who are pursuing the same position as

yours?

For students who aspire to be businessman/women in the future, I just want to give

them an advice that “never give up on their dreams” first, they have to dream big,

set a goal of what they wan to become, and then work hard until they succeed and

reach their dreams.

Also, keep on learnin new things, don’t waste time on nonsense things. Value people

aroundyou, they will help yo. Awork hard, dream big, inspired people, have faith

and depend on god. God bless.
