Principles and factors affecting meal planning. Nutritional needs , food
preferences and modifications of diets in different age groups –infants
,children, adolescence, adults and elderly .Modification of diet in special
conditions :- Pregnancy ,Lactation. Therapeutic modification for:-Fever,
Diarrhoea, Jaundice, Hypertension, Diabetes, Constipation .Physiological
changes, clinical symptoms diet requirements in each condition.
