MOTION TO MAKE AMENDS

COMES NOW, defendant, by herself and unto the man she is

afraid to lose and she loves with all her heart, most respectfully states
that –

1. Sometime in March 2019, herein Defendant went through natural

phenomena which occurs exclusively to women, brought by periodic
blood that flows as a discharge from the uterus1, called Menstruation.
This monthly period is hereby evidenced by Annex 1.

2. Due to said period, she experienced great mood swings,

impulsive irritability, abundant sensitivity and intolerable selfishness.
These symptoms, although a natural occurrence in a life of a woman, are
inexcusable.

3. A week after her monthly period, defendant regrettably suffered

from Urinary Tract Infection. Faithful reproduction of medical
certificate is hereto attached as Annex 2.

4. The condition mentioned in paragraph 3 triggered defendant’s

anxiety, insensitivity and intermittent selfishness. Again, these signs,

although effect of a circumstance beyond the control of defendant, still
cannot justify the way she acted toward herein plaintiff during the past
two (2) days or so.

5. On the second to fourth week of March 2019, the defendant faced

enormous workloads from the office she is currently employed at, and
as a result, every time she and the plaintiff is together, the defendant
utters almost nothing but how stressful and toxic her work is.

6. During the same period, herein plaintiff felt alone and sad and it
is just the love, care and understanding of the defendant which he
desires.

7. For the record, the relationship of the parties are so far the best
one they both ever had. Photographs (Annexes 3 to 3-B) would show
how happy and content they are when they are together.

8. That how the parties relate with each other due to their recent
misunderstanding and argument that ensued is not normal in their
relationship.

9. The defendant, sincerely acknowledging her shortcomings and all

her fault, humbly expresses that she still want to be the one who will
stay in the plaintiff’s life…. That she still hopes to be the one who could
provide the plaintiff all the love, care and understanding that the latter
needs.

10. The neglect toward herein plaintiff that the defendant has done is
unintentional, and is not because of the latter’s lack of love, care nor
concern.

Prayer

WHEREFORE, premises considered, defendant hereby prays for the

following relief:

a. That the plaintiff be prevented in putting barrier between

him and the defendant;

 b. That he forgives the defendant when he deems proper;

c. That the parties choose to move forward and learn from

their recent experience.

Other equitable reliefs are likewise prayed for.

NOTICE

The foregoing Motion to Make Amends will be set for hearing on

20 March 2019, 4PM.

This Motion to Make Amends is not sent to plaintiff’s address as

it was personally filed in the plaintiff’s residence.
