PPF account opened for self:

• As regards to the KYC requirement for PPF account opening, the table below gives the
documents that can be taken as a “Yes” against the established Identity, Signature
and Address (ISA).

PPF Account opened on the name of a Minor: The following documents of the guardian are
required.

• KYC documents.
• A passport size photograph

Along with the above mentioned documents, age proof** of the minor is also required

# In case of account opened in the name of minor, nomination form i.e. ‘Form E’ is not
required.

** Birth Certificate of the minor/ School leaving Certificate stamped from the school.
