Dear Sir / Ma’am,

I’ll have some of the highly distinguished & demonstrated al-round work experience of ensuring best returns for
stakeholders, high grade handling of techno-commercial activities and in achieving extremely desirable results.

It’s been 23 years in all. I have been working for various organizations in the capacities like that of ‘General
Manager & Chief of Operations’, ‘General Manager’, ‘Assistant General Manager’, ‘Manager’ etc-2.

Apart from above there are numerous other skill-sets that can be put to some very good use like -

A. Project Management (Telecom, Satcom, Fiber & Wireless – Complex Solution) – At Essel Shyam (ONGC) I
have been responsible for various ONGC Projects entailing solutions to address hyper-critical issues like –

National Security – I took control of ensuring and managing the deployment of Wi-Max Network / Project
high-seas (i.e. 200kms deep into the west coast Mumbai High asset) consisting of Wi-Max deployment at 80
assets involving 75 platforms & 5 base stations

Above, Not just consisted of our Project, but we also helped 4 other Vendors from WPC clearance onwards
till offsetting of execution hurdles.

Command & Control– Also ensured delivery of Network for creating abilities of a unified & direct control
over assets even in High Seas to Top ONGC officials for managing various Oil Fields, Wells, platforms,
bases and other assets (It was an experience similar to Command & Control of our Nuclear arsenal through
Nuclear button with Prime Minister

Addressing Emergency & Quality – Above was created to ensure that No repetition of tragedies in terms of
deaths & loss of property etc, as had happened in the past at various Oil Rigs / Wells / Vessels / Platforms
/ Bases across the globe, due to state of indecision and lack of Authorization, in the event of State of
Emergency. Primary aspect of Quality was managed by Audit as per S.O.P. during third party inspection.

Now, Oil wells / Rigs can be directly controlled / even Shut down to address exigencies by Top ONGC
Officials / Decision makers directly from anywhere, on the ONGC Network.

Also, I remain the Only Project Manager to have completed Complex Government Projects (without LD), who –

I. Helped Essel Shyam to procure Delhi-Mumbai Leased line of 2mbps (or 2X size with with Hot redundant
capability, in place of 1mbps) while Eliminated any need of foul plays ensured Nil / Negative outflow
(i.e. Earlier Cost INR 15 Lac with 1mbps capacity for 3years from Reliance. Gave LL Order to Tulip &
Took Return Rack Space Order for Mux Room amounting to an inflow rather than outgo (i.e. Tuliip was
giving us back INR 1 Lac in excess of our bill to them for Leased Line)

II. Remain the First in ES history to have completed Highly Complex ONGC Orders & Projects without LD
(Liquidated damages)

III. Only one to have enabled & executed the Project where-in country first ever implemented -
- Active Wi-Max Radio requirements on Passive Radio’s itself, in high seas
- Satisfied ONGC on Data theft by Foreign Aircrafts (esp. Pakistan Air Force)

IV. Only one to have successfully Trained & Nurtured Field Resources to achieve the long awaited Career
Leap (Like Mr. Mathew & many more), Mumbai Team & Others
V. First one to have Qualified ISO, Quality Audits, Helped and Trained various other resources & Audit &
Accounts Team Members in clearing Complex & highly Critical Sales tax related issues

B. Oil & Gas etc. and Steel Plants - While handling O&M at Steel plants I also have the distinction in handling
various requirements including the Scope but not limited to handling the following like -
- Coke Oven Gas (Production, Arresting / Reducing Wastage etc.)
- Benzene (Production) Aromatic compound, even an additive to Petrol
- ETP (Effluent Treatment, including that of Cyanide) and other
- Ammonium Sulphate (Production)

a) Apart from Obtaining various Contracts & Projects like Jindal Stainless Limited Jajpur for Operation &
Maintenance activities ensured On-boarding, Seamless transition and takeover of Manpower of around 450
people within 3 days & 3 nights.

b) All above also entailed activities like Control & Management of

- Shift-wise Operations, even while in transition (Transformed Seamless)


- Awarding Appointment Letters, Biometric ID Cards etc together in record time
- Ensuring Regulatory & other Compliance's necessary during Audits, ISO, Quality, PF, ESIC etc.
- Internal Compliance's like Height Pass, Gate Pass, Bank Account etc.
- Liaising with Authorities at Top Level at Plant & at Jindal BCP Delhi
- General Management, Hiring & Handling Resources
- Business Development, Marketing, Project Management etc-2.

C. Security & Surveillance (Telecom, Datacom & Wireless Solutions) – At AnG Inida Limited, apart from
handling General Management & delegated Business Responsibilities, I am responsible for writing a new
chapter in their history i.e. filed for a PATENT that got published and also got deployed with Government
Treasury at MI Road Jaipur. The 6 layered Security Solution was vetted by Infosys for government before
deployment and was awarded on single Quotation basis directly.

In addition to above, At AnG India Limited, I had also been solely responsible for innovative Centralized
Electronic-Security Solutions that were designed & deployed for various banks including but not limited to
SBI, ICICI, HDFC, Corporation Bank, Yes Bank etc. I'll have teams ready under my command and guidance,
capable of handling even the most complex of technology deployments.

D. Telecom (WIRELESS , TOWER & FIBER BASED SOLUTIONS) –


As a Regional Manager at Aryacom i.e. Arya Communication & Electronic Services Private Limited, I was
responsible for various path breaking Projects like
i) Motorola Canopy based, LoS connectivity solution using upto 6 Sectors in 2.4GHz & 5.8GHz bands
for Rajasthan Nagar Nigam e–Governance Projects at entire Rajasthan
ii) Last mile Connectivity Projects for Telco’s like Radios Reliance, Airtel, Vodafone, TTSL, Railtel
etc. in unlicensed 2.4GHz & 5.8GHz frequency bands using as well as other License bands at entire
Northern India, using Smart Bridges, Radwin, Redline etc.
iii) Helped Setup carrier grade Microwave backhaul Links for Reliance, Airtel, Vodafone, TTSL etc.
iv) Executed complex SCADA Project of JVVNL (Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited) NELCO based on
all three available Wireless data transfer modes then viz. GSM, CDMA & Wi-Fi technologies, for the
first time in India

Also Executed FTTH technology & IBS based solutions i.e. In Building Solutions & Services Projects and
Shared Infrastructure Projects at Kavveri Telecom Projects Limited and WTTIL (A Tata Teleservices Ltd., A
Wholly owned subsidiary company), later known as VIOM for various Clients.

At Teracom, Managed Telecom business involving Sales, Marketing Business Development and Project
Management of Telecom esp. OFC Cables, Telecom Towers etc. like –
I. Generated & executed INR 120Cr of business while managing in addition to executing ongoing
Projects worth INR 200Cr
II. Spearheaded & Managed imported contents for obtained businesses of Aircel, Datacom etc. for
Towers, OSS and BSS infrastructure.
III. DMRC Project of 14 underground Metro Stations, FTTH & Cable, GSM & N/W Infra
IV. Managed Railways Railway’s Signaling & Telecom Projects & Orders from IRPMU for GSM-R & N/W
Infrastructure.
V. O&M & Services related Contracts with NSN, BSNL Phase-V, with Alcatel Lucent.

E. Business Development, Sales & Marketing –

Worked with Various MNCs and TNCs selling Capital Equipments that are sold In few numbers and valued
in Millions. Also sold, Small electronic components in Millions of Quantity, worth cents each quantity in
Millions, worth millions of Dollars. It means am having very high bandwidth in Sales from High Value
Capital Equipments like UPS Systems (Industrial Grade), Test & Measuring Equipments, SOLAR SYSTEMS,
Precision Air-Con till ultra Low Value Products like electronic components.

At Aplab Limited & Emerson (erstwhile TATA Liebert) - Spent a good part of my professional life at
these Top of the Line companies selling capital goods. Major Clients were into Telecom Infra & Services
like Airtel, Tata Tele Services, Hutch (Vodafone), Idea, HCL, Reliance, Railtel etc.

At International Rectifiers & WPG Electronics Limited: Instrumental in creating best value for
stakeholders. Worked with – Key Telecom players in deploying cost effective technology solutions.
