I. VISION
To make our community an environment-friendly and habitable barangay, disaster
resilient, adaptive to climate change and a safe place to live in with the sustained
partnership with the people’s organization, civil society and non-government
organization.

II. OBJECTIVE
The BDRRMC shall conduct risk assessment in order to identify the hazards that may
affect the barangay, analyse and evaluate the risk associated with that hazard and
determine appropriate ways to lessen the adverse impacts of the hazards and the
possibility of disaster
